Event Format

Live Broadcast: This event is a live Worlds Finals Watchparty.

No Live Matches On Stage: Please note that there will be no teams or players competing live in the studio. The League of Legends Worlds Finals broadcast will be streamed live on screen for the studio audience alongside our hosts.

Special Guests: Keep an eye out—there will be special guests attending the event!

General Information

• You will need to register an account to be able to purchase tickets.
• You can only buy up to 2 tickets per event.
• Your ticket barcode will be revealed 72 hours before the event.
• We do not sell tickets at the door.
• Doors open at 17:00.

Age Restrictions

• Strictly 18+ Only: You must be 18 years of age or older to attend this event.
• ID Required: A valid physical photo ID (e.g., Passport, National ID card, Driver's License) is required at the door for age verification. No digital copies or photos of IDs will be accepted.
• Attendees under 18 years of age will not be admitted under any circumstances, even if accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult.

Studio Location

The easiest way to get to the Riot Games Arena is via S-Bahn lines S8, S9, S45, S46, and S85. Get off at S Adlershof station and walk to the venue entrance. For easier navigation, please search for Riot Games Arena on Google Maps or follow this LINK.

Accessibility on site

No elevators are needed to enter the studio and it is fully accessible for all fans. The Riot Games Arena is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us directly (click SUPPORT) if you require an accessible seat ticket. Pricing is the same as a general admission ticket, and you may bring a companion with you.

Car Parking

There is no parking available on the studio premises, but there are both paid and free parking spaces nearby.

Seating

All seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early if you want to sit with your friends. If you arrive late, staff will be available to check you in.

Sign Policy

Banners, signs, and flags must be event-related and contain no commercial messages, logos, political, regional, separatist, or country flags, or political endorsements. Banners, signs, and flags should not contain offensive or obscene language. Banners, signs, and flags that contain graphic depictions must be in good taste and contain no depictions that would offend or embarrass other patrons.

You should not obstruct the view or space of others around you.

• Any signs, flags, or other materials intended to be held should be no larger than 60cm x 60cm.
• Fans are permitted to bring and display signs and flags that are larger than this size over the first-row barriers.
• Banners, signs, and flags should be constructed of either vinyl, cloth, paper, or other lightweight materials.
• Banners, signs, and flags may not be attached to poles or sticks.
• Patrons will not be permitted to display more than one banner, sign, or flag.
• LED signs that comply with the above policy will be permitted; however, they may not be larger than 60cm x 60cm.
• Riot Games reserves the right to remove any and all banners, signs, or flags not in compliance with the above policy or which, in their sole judgment, may be offensive to others or obstruct the view of others.

Camera & Live Streaming Policy

Camera Policy: Event staff reserve the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with venue policy. Cameras with professional/interchangeable lenses will not be permitted, nor will monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or flashes. Professional audio and video recording is strictly prohibited unless approved by the event organizers.

Live Streaming: Unauthorized live streaming of the event or broadcast with professional or personal devices is strictly prohibited.

Cosplay Policy

• Costumes are permitted with some exceptions. For the safety and experience of all guests, full-face coverings are permitted only after clearing security and must be removed if requested by security personnel. Large costumes or headpieces, full face paint, fake weapons, and any other hazardous or distracting item determined at the sole discretion of our security personnel are NOT permitted.
• All final decisions on costumes entering the facility shall be at the sole discretion of local Police, Riot, and/or Event Security.
• You must be recognizable at all times.
• Your costume must not be wider than 1.2m across, longer than 1.8m, or taller than 2.4m. Additionally, you must be able to easily maneuver your costume over stairs or ramps unassisted and fit through walkthrough metal detectors (76cm wide x 203cm tall). Any mask must be removed for entry, but can be put on briefly for photos.
• You must be able to sit in your seat without obstructing the view of those around you.
• You must have unobstructed vision at all times.
• Armor cannot pose a threat by way of sharpened metal edges, spikes, or bladed surfaces. Metal and wood costumes are not allowed.
• All swords or bladed weapons must be blunt-edged (Worbla and 3D prints are permitted if non-sharp). No replica firearms, bows, liquids, gels, air horns, smoke effects, or fire are allowed.
• Prop weapons must not be brandished unsafely.
• Event Staff and Security reserve the right to restrict prop weapons from the seating area (storage in the cloakroom may be required).

Bag Policy

The maximum size allowed for all types of bags is A5. Bags will be checked at security gates. We encourage open-top bags (not backpacks) to speed up security. A free cloakroom is available for larger bags. Security and Riot staff have final say over allowed bags.

Multi-Entry

Re-entry will be permitted with an official wristband provided upon entry.

Food & Beverage

There is a concession stand in the studio with various food items and beverages for sale. We allow outside snacks and NON-ALCOHOLIC drinks up to 0.5L in plastic bottles only.

Merchandise

Please note that the standard LEC merchandise booth will not be open for this event, but merchandise from Tolkin and G2 will be available for purchase via card payments on site.

Prohibited Items

Items which are or may be illegal; illegal drugs and narcotics, alcohol, flammable and explosive substances, fireworks, laser pens, smoke canisters, bottles, glasses, cans, country flags, banners, poles, drones, whistles, air horns, electronic noise makers, instruments, vuvuzelas, beach balls, frisbees, bats, clubs, or any projectile.

Pet Policy

All animals except service dogs are prohibited. Please bring official service dog certification with you.

Epilepsy Warning

There are flashing lights and high-contrast visuals present during the broadcast.

Ticket & Refund Information

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the Flex Ticket option was purchased at checkout.
• Flex Ticket Conditions: Receive a 100% refund of the ticket value if you cancel up to 7 days before the event, or 50% if you cancel up to 3 days before the event.
• Resale of tickets is NOT permitted.
• The ticket allows only one entry, verified through scanning the barcode/QR code. You will receive a wristband upon entry for re-entry privileges.

Shoot Notice

This is a live broadcasted event hosted by Riot Games Services GmbH (“Riot“). At the venue, you may be captured on film or video, and your image and likeness may appear in the broadcast, stream, or marketing materials. By participating in this event, you confirm your understanding that Riot and its partners may use your image and likeness globally and indefinitely for tournament coverage and marketing purposes.
